How long does it take to arrive?

To Spain and Portugal, between 4 and 14 days. Outside the European Union, between 4 and 12 days. Once your order ships, you can track it on our tracking page. If you want it for a specific date, such as a birthday or an advent calendar, please order it well in advance.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship almost worldwide. At the moment, we do not ship to Bolivia, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, French Guiana, Guyana, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, the Dominican Republic, Suriname, Uruguay, or Venezuela. Shipping is free on orders of €25 or more, with discounts already applied. For orders below that, it costs €4.75.

What are they made of?

Made from ultra-soft polyurethane foam, BPA and phthalate-free, with a velvety finish. Recommended for ages 6 and up.

Does everyone return slowly?

No. The foam ones rise on their own in 6-10 seconds. The fiberfill ones stay however you leave them, and the liquid ones move around inside without returning to their shape. Each item indicates this on its label.

It smells like vanilla... can I eat it?

NO. It smells like vanilla, it doesn't taste like vanilla. The Butter doesn't spread, doesn't melt, and isn't for eating. It's your friend, not your breakfast.

How do I clean it?

With a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. No washing machine, dryer, or radiators: we care about your squishy.
